Saturday July 19 2003 was Space Celebration Day at the Adler Planetarium in Chicago
Volunteers from the Chicago area chapters of the National Space Society were at the Adler Planetarium providing a variety of educational presentations for the public. In addition to the presentations, there were make and take activities for children and a space information table.
Presentations given were:
- Mars in 3-D
- Space Suit Demo
- Toys in Space
- Spirit and Opportunity – The Mars Exploration Rovers
- Apollo 11
