Chicago Society for Space Studies (CSSS) is proud to be a sponsor of SpaceVision – the annual conference of the Students for the Exploration and Development of Space (SEDS).
This year’s SpaceVision is being held at Ida Noyes Hall at the University of Chicago on November 10-12, 2022.
Begun in 1989, the SpaceVision conference brings together students and space industry professionals for the opportunity to network, attend presentations, and engage in discussions about space exploration and space development.
Students for the Exploration and Development of Space (SEDS) is a 501(c)3 non-profit that was founded in 1980 as a chapter-based organization by Peter Diamandis (MIT), Scott Scharfman (Princeton University), and Richard Sorkin (Yale University). As an organization, SEDS assists students with their technical and leadership skills development through a variety of programs and opportunities. One such opportunity is the annual SpaceVision conference.
SpaceVision conference programming includes a combination of panels, workshops, lectures, and walk ins.
