CSSS Speaker Larry Bartoszek will be teaching the class Settling the Solar System at the Batavia Public Library on Tuesday July 2 2019 9:30am – 11:30 a.m. The class objective is for students to learn about the solar system, the most promising places for human settlement in the solar system and how to make a home in space. Also addressed are the issues of what life would be like in different gravity fields and what radiation hazards each location poses. Class attendance is limited to 50.
